Organization and Program Development
A solid foundation is key to preparing your business for the future. And that comes with building a strategy informed by your organizational data and modeling using reliable analysis. Designing your organization’s Strategic Development Plan with Diversity Research and Consulting Group can help you establish and build upon that solid foundation.
Creating a Nonprofit; 501-c-3 Organization
Starting a nonprofit is complex and can feel overwhelming; DRCG can help you start and run your nonprofit. From charitable donations to necessary paperwork, we are ready to help you take the next step in getting your nonprofit status. We file the paperwork using the information you have provided or that we have developed together. To obtain the 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status, we prepare all required documents for incorporating your nonprofit entity with the Secretary of State and the IRS, file for your Employer Identification Number, and prepare and submit your tax-exempt applications to both the Secretary of State and to the IRS. We will also file your Statement of Information with the Secretary of State.
Your nonprofit entity and its tax-exempt status can make a significant difference in your community. DRCG makes the application process easy and predictable. We can also help you operate your nonprofit with our optional technical assistance and compliance services.
LLC
Creating an LLC is an important step in the early days of your business, and, when done properly, can protect you and your business from disastrous financial consequences. DRCG has helped many individuals like you form legally recognized businesses to protect your assets. You provide the business details; we take the complexity out of forming the Limited Liability Corporation (LLC). We will file the paperwork based on the information you provide, and we prepare all required documents and file them directly with the Secretary of State. You will receive your documents once your incorporation documents have been approved by the Secretary of State.
What are the benefits of operating my business as an LLC? An LLC protects your assets, from business lawsuits and debt, offers flexible tax options that allow you to avoid double taxation, and gives you the ability to open business bank accounts, hire employees, and apply for business loans, licenses, and permits.
C-Corporation
Protects your assets, limit liability, and make your company more attractive to investors. Incorporation is the first step of many in starting and running a successful company. Forming a C-Corporation can be tricky. Feel confident you are not alone. Our dedicated team is here to help. So let us do the hard work for you. Here at Diversity Research and Consulting Group, we have helped to form hundreds of businesses, and our experts are on hand to help you, right now.
S-Corporation
Business owners have several legal structures to choose from when setting up their companies. An S-corporation, or S-corp. is one of the most popular options because of the tax benefits and legal protections it provides. S-corporations are entities that are not subject to double taxation. Additionally, the personal assets of the owners of an S-corporation are protected; they cannot be seized in any legal matter. See how an S-Corporation could be the right choice to help your business save money on taxes each year.
Board Development
The Governing Board of your nonprofit organization represents the pinnacle of volunteer involvement. Unlike the volunteers who provide hands-on assistance at the operational level, the volunteer as Directors and Trustees holds in trust the nonprofit’s financial, human resource, and physical assets of the organization. To that end, the individual director and the Board as a whole are responsible for hiring and evaluating the Executive Director, and for ensuring that an ongoing strategic planning and resource allocation process is in place. The Board is also responsible for ensuring sound policy guidance and recruitment, nominating, and electing directors. Let our Board Development Specialists assist you in assembling and/or training your advisory board and/or board of directors to maximizing your organization’s mission and goals.
Staff Development
People are always growing, and businesses are always evolving. To stay sharp and relevant, your staff must constantly grow their skillset. Making employee development a priority within your company's culture ensures your team stays well informed on industry trends and best practices. Additionally, offering professional development opportunities boosts employee engagement and attracts the top talent you need to keep growing.
We offer development programs for all employee levels; entry, managers, directors, and senior leaders. Through our tailored learning offerings, we provide a variety of learning sessions, self-paced on-demand resources, and peer/team sessions. Call us to advance your employee leadership development or change management and to help you develop Better Leaders, Better Employees, and Better Business Results.
Program Development
Program development is essentially a road map, an action plan that provides the guidance needed to develop and build effective programs. It is an ongoing, comprehensive planning process used to establish projects. Quality program development is supported by a well-thought-out and well-documented plan of action which requires program planning. The planning process need not be a lengthy formal document filled with statistics, charts, and technical reports. In fact, planning can be as simple or as complex as you wish, though an elaborate document is usually unnecessary. Our staff will work with you to develop and implement a strategy that involves identifying goals and objectives, conducting a needs assessment to analyze the situation, setting priorities based upon the identified needs, identifying stakeholders and resources, designing an action plan, implementing the plan, and assessing the level of achievement.
